A Consulting Manager at KPMG UK and 15 years of UK insurance industry experience, Rahul specializes in business strategy, guiding large-scale digital and financial transformation programs for insurance clients across the UK and Europe.

Beyond his corporate role, he is a hands-on parent to two lovely children, one of whom is a child with special needs - a journey that profoundly reshaped his perspective about life. This personal experience ignited his passion for advocacy and led him to support Erisha with Janaki and Nandita at a patron capacity

He wants Erisha to become an ecosystem exclusively dedicated to empowering families like his as well other stakeholders in this space. Blending strategic expertise with heartfelt commitment, he aspires to create meaningful change for children with special needs and their caregivers.
